By subscribing you with the services of Netcoheb, including subscription via a third party, a representative or a partner of marketing, YOU ACCEPT the POLICIES DESCRIBED IN THIS DOCUMENT AND ACCEPT YOU TO CONFORM TO it. UNDER THE TERMS OF PRESENT CONVENTION DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH SUCH A COMPLAINT OCCURRED. NETCOHEB WILL NOT BE ABLE TO IN NO CASE TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS NOR DAMAGE SPECIAL, INDIRECT, ADDITIONAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE.
